2. Products

We sell fasteners (screws, bolts, nuts, washers, etc.).

All product images are for illustration purposes only; actual items may vary slightly.

Stock availability is subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.

We accept payment via [EFT / Credit Card / PayFast / PayPal etc.].

Prices are inclusive of VAT.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not received or if stock is unavailable.

4. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery is available throughout South Africa.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

Customers must provide accurate shipping details; we are not liable for incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds (Consumer Protection Act compliance)

Customers may return unused goods in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund (excluding delivery costs).

Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Custom/special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days once returned items are inspected.

6. Warranties & Liability

Products are sold “as is” unless otherwise stated.

We do not provide guarantees beyond manufacturer warranties.

We are not liable for damages caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or failure to follow specifications.

7. Privacy & Data Protection (POPIA compliance)

We collect customer data only for order processing and communication.

Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as required for payment or delivery.

By using this site, you consent to the processing of your personal information as per POPIA.
